When we walk on the street or in the forest lots of people say 'cute dog' and SOME smile and some giggle. So if you don't like being the center of attention do NOT get a coton de tulear.
A coton de tulear is the first dog I have had in my life of 10 years but I think that a coton is a good first dog.
